I know what it's like to achieve everything you thought you wanted while feeling completely disconnected from yourself.
For nearly two decades, I built a globally recognized career in electronic music-developing event concepts, scaling international showcases, and leading expansions across continents. I produced over 400 events worldwide, managed diverse teams across time zones, and became a trusted architect of experience.
But I found myself caught in patterns that no longer served me. I was over-functioning, people-pleasing, and leading from survival mode instead of authentic power. Despite external achievements, I felt stuck in cycles of overwhelm, working without boundaries, and had lost touch with my inner wisdom.
Everything changed when I chose to do the inner work. Through plant medicine, coaching, and radical self-care, I rebuilt my relationship with leadership from the ground up. I learned to lead with presence instead of pressure, clarity instead of control, and alignment instead of exhaustion.
That transformation didn't just change my life, it became my calling.

Started my journey into impact work as a Diversity and Intercultural trainer and consultant. Began conference curation work, designing inclusive programs that amplified global perspectives. This era awakened my purpose as a conscious culture creator, a thread that now runs through my coaching.

Launched De Light Management, a boutique agency specializing in music brand showcase events and representing creative talent worldwide. My transition from industry participant to agency founder taught me the value of vision, agility, and championing underrepresented voices - all core to my work today.

Arriving in Berlin, I embraced a new level of creative freedom. I managed global events for a world-renowned headliner artists, and immersed myself in the music and arts scene. This was where I learned to let go of old identities to rebuild from authentic foundations. This chapter became the soil for my next evolution.

This year was the end of an era of my agency, and moved on to serve as an executive for a music organization leading sales and market expansion.

My first sabbatical - a year of pause, reflect, and reset. I launched SPEKTRA ACADEMY towards the end of the year, my non-profit global platform bridging music industry education with AI and DEI initiatives.
