The program includes 12 private coaching sessions, personalized tools and resources, guided audio exercises, customized worksheets, weekly progress tracking, and between-session support (voice memos, email check-ins, and accountability).
Due to the high-touch and customized nature of this program, all payments are non-refundable once the agreement is signed and the program begins. If you need to reschedule a session, 24-hour notice is required. Missed sessions without notice cannot be rescheduled. I believe in the transformative power of this work, and I ask for your full commitment in return.
